The Bonavita is a red wine from Portugal produced by the Casa Santos Lima winery in the region of Libson. This 2016 vintage wine color is dark ruby. It has a powerful and charming nose offering scents of ripe cherries, red flowers and small berries. This fruity perception is also found, even if less complex, in a wide, smooth and elegant palate with discrete hints of woods given by aging in oak in the background. Medium finish. Certainly still some aging potential for this bottle before full maturity, but already a nice uncomplicated wine to appreciate with everyday meals.
