The Sasseo is an Italian red wine produced by the winery Masseria Altemura with Primitivo grapes in the Salento, a region of the South of Italy next to the town Brindisi. The vintage 2016 of the Sasseo is a deep ruby red with a charming nose offering blackberries aromas with hints of chocolate. The powerful and elegant body offers the same sensations of ripe wood berries, dark cherries and a little bit of dark chocolate, all pleasantly distilled in a long-lasting finish.
