The Viognier Les Guillembergs is a white wine produced by the Grillette Domaine de Cressier winery located next to Neuchâtel in the Western part of Switzerland. This wine is produced following the biodynamic approach and aged in French oak barrels. The 2017 vintage offers perfumes of yellow fruits (mirabelle plums) and pineapple. The palate is smooth with aromas of apricots hints of oak and medium acidity.
