This Oeil de Perdrix is a rosé wine produced by the Châtenay-Bouvier winery with Pinot Noir grapes in the Neuchatel area of Switzerland. The 2020 vintage of the Chatenay Oeil de Perdrix from Cave Chantenay-Bouvier has a nice pink grapefruit color. It is a medium-body, round and fresh wine with pleasant aromas of strawberries and red cherries. This rosé wine will be the perfect companion for some Asian spicy cuisine. Oeil de Perdrix (Partridge’s eye) is a traditional name for rosé wines produced from Pinot Noir grapes in Western Switzerland, especially in the state of Neuchatel.
