The Silveri Brut is a spalking wine produced using the classic method by the Silveri Winery in the area of Brda, Slovenia, with Ribolla Giala (Rebula in Slovenian) and Chardonnay grapes. This wine is produced with vinification in steel tanks after the first fermentation and then matured on yeasts for 48 months. The Silveri Cuvée Brut has a light golden color. Nose: powerful, yellow fruits, pear, lemon, hazelnuts. Mouth: wide, strong bubbles, green apple, lemon, hazelnuts, minerality.
