This Epicuro Aglianico is a red wine produced in the Puglia area of Italy by the Femar Vini winery with Aglianico grapes. The 2018 vintage of the Aglianico from Epicuro is a full-body dark-purple wine with elegant perfume of blackberry, blackcurrant and chocolate. It offers round almost velvety sensations in the mouth with dark fruit jammy aromas associated to licorice and chocolate. This Epicuro Aglianico 2018 is a flavorful yet uncomplicated wine that paired perfectly with my pasta al arrabiata diner.
