The Ribolla Gialla is a white wine produced by the winery Azienda Agricola Forchir in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of northeast Italy. This is the main area where the Ribolla Gialla grape is grown, even if you will find it also in the neighboring Slovenia where it is known as Rebula. The Ribolla Gialla Forchir 2018 is an elegant pale-yellow wine offers complex aromas of lemon, yellow fruits and honey, with a very small bitterness at the end. A perfect wine to pair with the fresh water and sea specialties from Friuli and Venice area.
