The Seeburg Johanniter 2018 is a white wine produced by the Seeburghof winery located next to Lucerne in the center of Switzerland. The Seeburghof is a small winery that produces wines using the biodynamic principles. Johanniter is a purpose-bred, fungus-resistant white grape that is grown in small pockets of Germany and Switzerland. The variety was bred in 1968 by crossing Riesling with another unnamed grape. The Seeburg Johanniter 2018 is an elegant pale yellow white wine that offers perfumes of white fruits and honey. It is smooth and wide in the palate with aromas of white fruits (pear) and vanilla.
